MSD China provides minority suppliers with a range of training courses all with the aim of helping suppliers upgrade their own capacity and become qualified suppliers. Through such training minority suppliers can improve their chances of recognition by multinationals.

As a young organization with a number of aims to meet, the provision of training to minority suppliers goes a long way towards setting the groundwork for the realization of greater goals, and as such will be carried out for a long time to come. If you have experience, or specialize in one of the fields listed below, and have a passion to help develop ethnic minority communities and regions, we cordially invite you to serve as a volunteer lecturer. Your participation in our training program is very significant for both MSD China and yourself. Through volunteering with MSD China you will gain the following:
